Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront

Lots of outdoor space. Lovely terrace area. The pool is very big and clean. Great to have a wonderful Indian restaurant on site. Convenient location, right off the highway. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a few issues with equipment in our room and they were very quickly resolved by the ladies at the front desk. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but the snack/drink selections were very nice. The view of the river was a definite plus. This was a pretty standard hotel overall but the service was exceptional.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were all helpful and polite. Older hotel but maintained well. When I had issues with my personal cell phone the front desk staff even helped me figure that problem out. I felt safe & comfortable.

The Internet, fridge and shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. It was within walking distance of most of the places I wanted to visit, though that may not be the case for people who don't walk as much as me.
